Foundation – January to March

- Fully understand The Mastering Multi-Units Model, including the operational disciplines, with an emphasis on clarity of expectations.
Plan and deliver the most important priorities – April to July
- Understand what drives people and support them with Blanchard Essential Motivators
- MMU Momentum 360 debriefs
- Learning group reviews (reviewing content covered around the period review and clarity of expectations), in a small group coaching format
- Become brilliant at proactive planning and develop robust growth plans (90-day action plans to mitigate weaknesses in performance and exploit opportunities to improve revenue, guest experience, customer service and team development)
- Complete Full Focus Productivity sessions to focus on what’s important, with practical tools like MMU’s Productivity Code – 60:30:10.
Driving sustainable results – September to November*
- Learn to conduct impactful visits focusing on delivering operational excellence and driving performance using the CLOSE model of multi-unit management visits
- One-to-one coaching
- Learning group reviews
- Strategies to enhance personal and team wellbeing
- Build resilience to handle the pressures of multi-site leadership
- Develop skills to engage in open, honest, constructive conversations using the Radical Candour model and feedback frameworks to give redirective and reinforcing feedback
- Performance coaching
- Site Ops-Servations, an on-site day with MMU coach.

Investment and early bird offer
We’ve extended our early bird discount to 30 December. The full price is £3,999, but if you register with a deposit by 30 Dec 2025, you’ll enjoy a reduced price of £3,499; a £500 saving! The remaining staged payments of £999 are due on 31 Mar, 31 July, and 30 Nov 2026.
